Until 1997, Prime Sites USA focused primarily on the sale, development and construction of franchise restaurant concepts in the USA and in the International market. International locations included: Russia, China, Indonesia, Eastern Europe and Mexico.
Since 1997, Prime Sites USA has placed its primary efforts on the sale and development of boutique hotels, franchise hotels and resorts.
Via its membership in the Prime Sites Network, Prime Sites USA is able to market and sell Hospitality Real Estate Worldwide.
